About Our Fees
Our fees are listed on FEES under the Client information page. We will not charge any extra fees without notifying you beforehand.
- All payments are due before or at the time of the appointment.
- Payments can be made by cash, PayPal or BACs transfer.
- Receipts are available by email upon request.
- We do not accept any insurances.
- Used sessions are not refundable.
Locations We Service
We cover an area of 10 miles from the ‘B20’ postcode. However, we can make exceptions for an additional fee if our schedule permits.
Every appointment will be confirmed. Due to the mobile nature of our business, every appointment will be confirmed via text message unless an alternative method is stated. You must reply to the text message confirming attendance of your appointment. If acknowledgement of the appointment message is not received before your appointment, we will assume your appointment is cancelled.
Missed or cancelled appointments
If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, then a 24-hour notice period is required. If this is not adhered to a charge will be required for the missed session at half the fee (dependent upon circumstance).
Visits to your workplace
We will not visit a place of employment without prior authorisation from the employer or facility manager.
Please be ready for your appointment
The Birmingham Chiropractor will be punctual and prepared for your appointment, we ask that you show us the same courtesy.
- Please let us know if you are running late.
- Limit distractions as much as possible.
- Wear light and relaxed clothing, for example t-shirt, shorts, vests, leggings, gym wear etc. If you are unsure just ask.
Refusal of service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This includes any inappropriate or sexual behaviour. All outstanding payments must be completed and further treatment will be cancelled.
We care about our client's privacy. We are required by law to keep your client records for 8 years.
Your right to request notes
You have the right to request a copy of your notes at no charge to yourself. You can request this at your next appointment or via our CONTACT US page. We keep your information private at all times unless stated.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us via our contact us page. We will do everything we can to correct any matters swiftly and professionally. If you feel your complaint has still not been resolved, please contact the General Chiropractic Council to take matters further.
